Bontrager's Evoke MTB Shoes help you put the power to the pedals. These shoes are light and efficient for on-the-bike power, but have a roomier toe box and softer footbed for off-the-bike comfort and hiking ability. The Evoke shoes also feature breathable inForm uppers with three secure Velcro straps for dialing in the perfect fit. And, you get molded heel cups for additional comfort and support.
This chart is to help you evaluate the fit. (Some of the sizes shown may not be offered.)

In order to mount your pedals' cleats to your shoes, they must have matching bolt patterns. There are 3 configurations (diagram) used on cycling shoes, SPD-R, Look/SPD-SL and SPD. Road shoes feature one, two or even all three of these. Mountain-bike shoes usually use the SPD pattern. If you have any questions about cleat compatibility, please contact us. We're here to help!

Comments:
Bought these as longer-milage alternative to some older PI X-Alps. Generally they seem well built and fit very nicely. I have only two rides (55 total miles) and have noticed a pressure point on the top of my feet (under the middle strap) but that may be a break-in or adjustment issue. Don't know how well they ventilate yet (cold weather issue) but they're comfortable so far. The sole is a little stiff for walking very far (not as much a hiker-biker as the X-Alp) but that's not what I bought them for.
